Who we are
Orvelle is a supper club and jazz room at 48 Linden Street, Old Town. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means the team that runs Orvelle.
What we collect
Your name, phone number and email when you book a table or order online, the size of your party and any notes you add, such as allergies or a birthday, and your email address if you sign up for the newsletter.
How we use it
To hold your table, prepare your order, send confirmations and reminders, and, if you asked for it, our newsletter with line-ups and seasonal menus. We never sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies to keep it running and anonymous analytics to see which pages get read. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the room: our reservation system, our online ordering and payment provider, and our newsletter tool. Each of them only receives what it needs.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for as long as we need them for your visit and our records, then deleted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click in any email.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Get in touch through the details on our Hours & Location page and we will reply within 30 days.
